This policy applies to everyone who accesses or uses BandBoost, including parents and guardians, students, school administrators, and teachers. By using BandBoost you agree to follow these rules.

2. Permitted Uses

BandBoost is provided for the following purposes only:

• Practising for NAPLAN and building literacy, numeracy, writing, and language conventions skills
• Reviewing test results, progress reports, and AI-generated feedback
• Managing student accounts as a parent or guardian
• Accessing class-level reports as a school administrator or teacher
• Purchasing access licences for individual students or school classes

3. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Account and access

• Creating fake, duplicate, or automated accounts
• Sharing your login credentials with anyone outside your household
• Using another person's account or access code without authorisation
• Attempting to access parts of the platform you are not authorised to use
• Using a VPN, proxy, or tool to disguise your location or identity

Content and conduct

• Submitting offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content in writing responses
• Attempting to manipulate or deceive the AI marking system
• Submitting content that is not your own original work where original work is required
• Harassing, impersonating, or misrepresenting yourself or others

Technical misuse

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract question content from the platform
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempting to overload or disrupt our systems (including denial-of-service attacks)
• Probing for security vulnerabilities without written authorisation from Aria Infotech

4. School and Teacher Accounts

Schools and teachers who use BandBoost agree to:

• Distribute student access codes only to the students for whom seats were purchased
• Use class-level data and reports solely to support teaching and learning outcomes
• Not share student performance data with any third party
• Ensure students use the platform in accordance with this policy
• Notify BandBoost promptly if access codes are misused or shared outside the intended class

5. Children's Use

BandBoost is designed for use by children under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or school. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their children use the platform appropriately. Student accounts are created and managed by parents or schools, not by the student directly. We do not knowingly allow children to create their own accounts without parental involvement.

6. Intellectual Property

All questions, content, and materials on BandBoost are the original work of Aria Infotech Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian copyright law. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any question or content from BandBoost without written permission. This includes sharing questions on social media, tutoring platforms, or question databases.

7. Consequences of Misuse

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
• Forfeiture of any unused licence credits without refund
• Legal action where misuse causes harm or loss

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action.
